Cancellation, Rescheduling, & No-Show Policy
We kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
Changes made within 24 hours of the appointment time—including cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows—will incur a $50 fee.
Clients booked under a prepaid package who cancel, reschedule, or no-show within 24 hours will forfeit that session as part of the package. No exceptions.
It is the client's responsibility to ensure all account contact info , such as phone number or Email, is accurate, up to date, & notifications are turned on. As Nalu Skin & Body cannot make these changes to your client account regarding personal info & notification preference.
This policy allows us to better accommodate other clients and respect the time of our staff. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
Late Policy
We allow a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. If you arrive within this window, we will provide your service; however, your appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time to avoid delays for other clients.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no-show and will be canceled, resulting in a $50 fee.
Repeat tardiness with in may result in a $15 late fee added to future appointments.
We recommend arriving a few minutes early to allow time for restroom use, changing if needed, and completing any necessary forms before your appointment begins.

No Children Policy
children are not permitted in the treatment rooms or waiting area unless they are receiving a service.
If you arrive with a child and do not have another adult present to supervise them outside of the spa, you may be turned away and charged a $50 cancellation fee.
Refund Policy (Packages, Products, & Services)
All products, services, and packages purchased at Nalu Skin & Body are non-refundable.
We are committed to providing high-quality care and results, and we encourage clients to ask any questions before purchasing. All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for services, prepaid packages, or opened skincare products.
Prepaid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for other services or products. Once a package is purchased, it is intended for the specific treatment outlined at the time of purchase.
