FACTORFIVE FAQ
What is it?
The FACTORFIVE Renew Dermal Solution is an advanced skin rejuvenation treatment that uses stem cell growth factors, peptides, kojic acid, and TCA to target fine lines, uneven skin tone, and texture. This treatment works to promote a youthful and radiant complexion with minimal downtime.
What type of stem cells are used? Are they ethically sourced?
FACTORFIVE contains proteins produced by human adipose derived stem cells, not the cells themselves.
These proteins are essentially the same for all human cells, so there are no individual compatibility issues or necessity to use your own cells.
FACTORFIVE does not source stem cells from unethical sources. They only use fresh human adipose derived stem cells (ADSCs) that have been acquired with consent from lipoaspirate, the fat from liposuction that is typically discarded after surgery.
Also, the human ADSCs have been through multiple, rigorous safety and efficacy checks.
No embryos, human eggs (oocytes), bone marrow, or other controversial tissues are used to produce FACTORFIVE.
Who is it for? What does it treat?
FACTORFIVE is ideal for individuals looking to address signs of aging, uneven pigmentation, or skin texture concerns. It is suitable for most skin types, but a consultation is recommended to ensure it's right for you.
How soon will I see results? How many sessions do I need?
A visible "glow" to the skin can be seen instantly after just one single treatment.
Over the next 7-30 days you will also have a reduction in scarring, redness, pore size, fewer fine lines and smoother, tighter skin with less hyperpigmentation.
For optimal results, we recommend 3-5 sessions, spaced 7-14 days apart to start and then once a month for maintenance.
How long do the treatment results last?
Since FACTORFIVE is essentially replacing or boosting the factors that your skin is no longer producing, we recommend regular and continuous use of FACTORFIVE to maintain the benefits to your skin.
