  • Accutane must be finished 6-12 months before any chemical peels can be preformed.
  • No tanning or excessive sun exposure 7-14 days prior.
  • Pause any exfoliation , Retinol, or topicals 7 days prior to treatment.

After care

  • Only using the products recommended by your provider to avoid reactions.
  • Only using gentle cleansers, Hydromist, Moisturizer, spf, & ointment for the first 7 days.
  • SPF is required
  • Redness & sensitivity are normal for up to 3-7 days. The skin could feel like a slight sunburn!
  • Tightness, shedding & peeling is normal and can start on day 2 or 3, & can stop by day 4-7.
  • No heat, sun, tanning, sweating, or working out for 5-7 days.
  • No Picking at the skin.
  • No makeup until sensitivity subsides.

Peeling

Peeling is only a side effect of a chemical peel! This is your skins reaction to a highly concentrated formula of acids & exfoliants! Many factors such at prep, skin type, etc. will determine how much or how little you peel, shed, or flake!

Some people will expierence major shedding while others might get flakes!

This does not effect your results, it is very normal for some to peel more or less than others!
